When Cole is done eating he will tell you "my all done" and then the converstation goes like this......
mommy: "are you sure you're all done?"
Cole: " my eat all"
mommy: "you did? where did it go?"
cole: (pointing to his wide open mouth) "in my mouth"
mommy: "where does it go after it goes in your mouth?"
cole: "down down the tunnel (pointing to his throat)....out my poop" (as he grabs his bottom)

So, as you know from my previous post Cole is obsessed with touching my belly and everyonce in awhile he sees how far he can get his hand up my shirt because he knows once he reaches a certain spot i say, "no no Cole those are mommy's" and he laughs..... what a boy! Anyways, I totally don't mind that he wants to stick his hand on my belly WHEN WE ARE AT HOME or at my parents or somewhere like that. So, I'm starting to get a little nervous if people are starting to think we are a "weird" (like perverted) famliy because of his obsession.
Let me set the scene......
I was at aerobics today and the kids were playing in the corner of the room. We were on a excercise ball with our backs on it and we were squeezing our bottoms while pushing our heels in the ground with our back in a straight line and doing arms weights. I hope you can get the idea here. Mr. Cole bean proceeds to come over and stand between my knees lay his head on my lower abdomen and stick his hand up my shirt say, "rub momma's Boo- Boo" Okay so, he totally calls belly, "Boo-Boo"! Whats a mom supposed to do. I kept trying to kindly push his hand away and pull my shirt down and quietly say "Cole not right now" But seriously, lets be honest, anything you say totally sounds weird... ie "Cole we only do that at home", Cole not in public" "you can play with my belly later" Any ideas????!!! I'm totally wearing a leotard next time I go to aerobics and that won't be good for anybody!

There will be a day when:
*there are no more slimy handprints on the window
*my bed will only hold cody and myself
*i will not be greeted "hi, momma!" 8 times in a row after picking him up from church or in the morning when i get him out of bed
* i will not be asked to snuggle in bed every night before bed and everyday before naps
* i will not have dented cans from having such a great "helper" throw them into the cart for me
*my clothes will stay clean without snot and lunch and playdo on them
*my little boy will not want to sit on the couch with me and stick his hand on my belly (don't know why he does this but soothes him for some reason if he is sad or tired)
*i will be able to do what i want when i want
*my bed will only hold cody and myself

Honestly, I don't want that day to ever come.

Wait no more!!
Well, hopefully I will be able to keep up with this blog a little better starting very soon. We have not had a computer in quite a few years. Back in the Muncie, pre cole, i had a nanny job days I would surf the internet during nap time. Cody used the internet at work and his parents wanted a lap top... so we sold them ours. Flash forward 4 years and i spend the majority or my life at home and with the Tv off (or at least during the day) and no way to contact the outside world (besides my cell phone which my husband would argue is used quite frequently). I have been asking for a computer and asking for a computer and then when he got a bonus last year we bought a TV. This year the deal was if he got a bonus he would buy me a laptop..... what do you know he found out there was going to be a bonus on Cyper Monday!! So he ordered a Dell laptop with a sweet printer for a steal! However, if waiting four years was not enough I have to wait approx 2 weeks for it to get here........So Fed Ex man, I better see you at my door tomorrow and you better not come when we are gone to a family Christmas, we will be back by 2.......See you then!

I almost forgot my password to blog its been so long....
Well, I have to make this fast Cole just woke up from a nap. Cole has been sick for like 2 weeks with a few days of health in the middle. He started out with some sort of the flu or something of the likes, and then was healthy for about 5 days and now has a cold and he has lots of drainage which means gagging and puking when he coughs which is super special, nothing is better than catching puke in your hands in order to keep the floor clean and nothing beats having to strip not only your kid down but yourself as well to jump in the shower. This has been a rough few weeks for me, and I am sure for Cole as well. He ends up in our bed in the middle of the night because I am way too tired to rock him back to sleep and we have rarely left the house. My wonderful mom and sister kept Cole for me today while Cody was helping someone finish their garage and I had the luxury of sitting by myself at barnes and Noble and walking around the mall BY MYSELF. I feel recharged and ready to be friendly again. So, I better get going and get him out of bed.

Seriously---
I never seem to have anything to update and I need to upload pictures so at least I can show you how beautiful my son and husband are.... I mean they always have been but they get better looking by the day! I am really liking our house in Nappanee, it will be even better when spring comes and we paint. I have a question.... what are good indicators on when to move a toddler to a big kid bed? I need to think about painting his nursery like we had it in our Muncie house or moving his room farther down the hall to his big boy bed....I need help any pointers!
