I asked him if he was excited and he said, "Yes". I then asked if he was ready to get some time away from mommy. He leaped across the bed and started hugging me and said, "No, mommy? can you cancel preschool, I don't want to be away from you." And even when I put him to bed he kept asking if I could "unsign him up from preschool" So, apparently, I did not do a good job in preparing him that I would drop him off and not stay with him. Here's to hoping he does fine Monday. We have his open house tomorrow night so I think that will help.</div><div><br /></div><div>While Cole was eating breakfast he asked me, "How can Jesus still be in my heart? I have a lot of food in my belly." It made me smile. </div><div><br /></div><div>Then at dinner out of the blue Cole says, "Mommy, I don't want daddy to marry you." I asked him why not, and he said " Cause I want to marry you when im 14" Well, my heart was melting and I tried explaining that mommy and daddy are already married and that if we weren't he wouldn't be here, but who knows what he thought of that.</div><div><br /></div><div>Cole also told me the other day, "Mommy, (baby's name) is gonna have bad dreams, he is gonna wake up crying, i'm gonna get you to pick him up, and then I'm gonna hold him." He is so excited almost 99% of the time. Only every once in awhile I get asked, "why did you want another baby in your belly?" I try to explain that he is pretty amazing and we thought it would be fun to have another baby. He informed me, "well you're not gonna love him very much" I asked why and he said, "cause you love me the best" </div><div><br /></div><div>He keeps asking "when is the baby gonna pop out?" I think he is hoping he (baby) comes out wanting to play super heroes with him.... </div><div><br /></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-34261382810980924552011-06-28T06:18:00.000-07:002011-06-28T06:19:31.386-07:00the fly...Cole just said, "mommy, do you know what that fly did?" We are thrilled and this little guy looks healthy:) <div><br /></div><div>Our big boy is amazing! I catch myself just staring at him and he is so so thoughtful. We were at a friends campfire and there were a bunch of kids running around so Cole was playing with them for awhile and next thing you know, he walks into the adult circle of chairs with 3 beautiful yellow flowers for me that he picked. I don't know if this one could get any sweeter. </div><div><br /></div><div>Which, makes it wonderful to think of having another boy around here (not to mention not having to share my husband with another girl:) however, I feel that Cole has set a pretty high standard and i want this baby to be exactly how God made him but yet, am nervous because I love everything about Cole! Honestly, he is such a wonderful kid. yes, he can be naughty but he rarely has to be punished. usually, he listens to what he is told and he is proud of himself for listening the first time, unless he is without a nap (which is usually my fault). I love that Cole is so concerned about how I am feeling if I have a cold and is always praying for peoples hurt body parts:) So, i guess even if this little one is a complete handful and if he is naughty more than nice and not one to snuggle, I will still love him just the way he is because I know that God made this little baby just for me and I wouldn't want him any other way.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-84120272621318534852011-03-23T13:10:00.000-07:002011-03-23T13:19:38.838-07:00its been forever....Well, i kind of am not good at updating but Cole had quite a interesting question this morning and I thought I would share....<div><br /></div><div>Cole-" Mommy how do babies come out?"</div><div>Me- " (stuttering) "Well, Cole, what do you think?"</div><div>C- "a slide?"</div><div>M- "yes, thats right....a slide"</div><div>C- "Where is the slide?" (as he is staring at me)</div><div>M- "Ummm...why don't we ask daddy when he gets home..."</div><div>C- "No, I think you know"</div><div><br /></div><div>OH MY GOODNESS!!! This little boy is totally calling me out. He was not gonna let it drop until daddy came home. Good grief:) How do these things even get in his mind?</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-59037448045037429602011-01-24T04:51:00.001-08:002011-01-24T05:05:29.944-08:00C-O-L-E<div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:#0000EE;"><u><br /></u></span></div><br /><div style="text-align: center;">Oh man... look at this sweet face! I want to kiss his little lips and rub my nose on his sweet chubby ckeeks. You have to tell him what letter to write (however when you ask him how to spell his name he will tell you) Oh, this name writing came as a shock because we have NEVER worked on writing letters. Everytime I ask if he wants to learn to write letters he says, "Nah". </div><div><div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TT12YbQ4ENI/AAAAAAAAAnE/b0RfL_HWzk4/s1600/DSCN2029.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TT12YbQ4ENI/AAAAAAAAAnE/b0RfL_HWzk4/s320/DSCN2029.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5565734876507279570" /></a>This little guys imagination is running wild these days, which is very fun but kind of exhausting. He received a "Woody" doll for Christmas from my sister and he is now going everywhere instead of his "lightning mcqueen" car. Our fat dog, Moose, is now called "Buster" and an imaginary "Jessie" and "Bullseye" are running around everywhere! Jessie, Woody, Bullseye, and Cole are going on Buffalo hunts with Indians most of the days..... </div></div><div><br /></div><div>Oh how I wish he would never grow up....I'm gonna miss everything about this little 3 year old.....well time to dry the tears and get myself around before he wakes up.</div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-25189775350037721072011-01-01T22:09:00.000-08:002011-01-01T22:19:34.121-08:00In love...<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TSAYsm94Q1I/AAAAAAAAAm4/0tuq0dsP1IY/s1600/DSCN1940.JPG"><img style="display:block; Well, that has been my week... makes for a pretty good week especially when the Code man is out of town... Here are some highlights of my week.</div><div><br /></div>~Cole does not quite understand that <b>everyone</b> has a butt crack and that is is always "cracked". He talks about putting his butt crack on the "welf" (shelf)...I don't know why but it cracks me up. We were eating lunch today and he looked and me and said with a straight face, "I have a butt crack, again" <div><br /></div><div>~ Cole was sitting on the potty and I was trying to fish a booger out of his nose. Well, the booger was pretty stuck and so we were slowly chiseling away at it when he says, "Mommy, try this (he reaches his hand around to the back of his head and starts hitting his head) maybe that will help!"</div><div><br /></div><div>~ He also asked me one day "did you eat your boogers when you were a little girl?" To which I replied, "No" he then proceeds to say, "I do...they get stuck in the middle" (meaning between his teeth in the gap:) Okay, I have never seen him eat his boogers but that is definitely encouragement to remember to brush his teeth!</div><div><br /></div><div>~When I ask him if he wants to go to preschool he says, "NO, you might get sad", he nailed that one on the head!</div><div><br /></div><div>There are so many more but those are the ones that have brought me so much joy lately. </div><div><br /></div><div>Oh yeah, this one is kind of funny but not so joyful....</div><div>We were waiting for Cody to get on Skype and I was making popcorn in the kitchen so I put the laptop by him and told him when the computer started to ring to yell for me so I could answer Cody's skype call. Well, not but 5 mins later I hear some mumbling about "T" and walk into the living room where he is holding up the "T" key. I asked him why he pulled it off and he says, "cause i don't like T" so he then proceeds to ask ,"where that other piece went?" crawls on the floor and brings me the remaining piece of the key.....I tried to be disappointed, I really really did but he was so honest about it, I just couldn't help it. </div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-50200480610462258692010-10-23T17:38:00.001-07:002010-10-23T17:46:47.196-07:00Fun at the Park<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TMOB1eTN8tI/AAAAAAAAAlU/r24D6vOR_XU/s1600/IMG_1623.JPG"><img style="display:block; It was BSU's homecoming and they played Eastern or Western Michigan (I know, that is really bad that I don't know but honestly I didn't watch the game)</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">My brother, Tyler came from IWU to hang with us!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuxsuGYcI/AAAAAAAAAjc/6TAD4fw_Q0k/s1600/DSCN1626.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 315px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuxsuGYcI/AAAAAAAAAjc/6TAD4fw_Q0k/s320/DSCN1626.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5528149605206090178" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">My best friend, Kira, and her husband, Scott, graciously host us EVERY TIME we stay in Muncie! Cole and their son Brody are BFFs! </div><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuxhm08QI/AAAAAAAAAjU/3FGttV5IfUc/s1600/DSCN1621.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 276px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuxhm08QI/AAAAAAAAAjU/3FGttV5IfUc/s320/DSCN1621.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5528149602222797058" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Okay, look at these two cute little boys! They get along great, unless Cole says "Crunchy" then for some reason, unbeknownst to us, Brody gets so mad, and says, "No, it's Crun-cheee" and then Cole says, "no its Tun-chee" and then you can pretty much imagine what the next 5 minutes sounds like:) Man, they sure are cute little buddies!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuxeCiHfI/AAAAAAAAAjM/fYGt0XNKBMA/s1600/DSCN1623.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 285px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuxeCiHfI/AAAAAAAAAjM/fYGt0XNKBMA/s320/DSCN1623.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5528149601265262066" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">This is a not so awesome family picture. The funny part about Charlie the Cardinal is that when we first got to the stadium we were waiting on our friends so we went to visit the Ticket Office (that is where Cody used to work). When we came out we saw Charlie and Cole didn't want to go up and say "Hi". So, we told Cole to go tackle him, he loved that idea so he ran up and tackled him to the ground, some camera guy was taping it and then after he got Charlie to the ground, Cole did a WWF kind of stomp on Charlie's chest! Everyone was laughing so hard. I guess it made the pre-game on TV....</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuw9kJxlI/AAAAAAAAAjE/0sfGkpzyNVc/s1600/DSCN1617.JPG"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 311px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TLfuw9kJxlI/AAAAAAAAAjE/0sfGkpzyNVc/s320/DSCN1617.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5528149592547903058" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Cole seriously had the time of his life! </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Here are the boys rocking out with the marching band!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.blogger.com/video.g?token=AD6v5dxD0UYtzULruvcY96fx5rzI8cFfYx8R7IxLc9fgKrdpRBalxdnT_tcnvX_S0ygIG2miYnc5Eur53DL1s_QfmA' class='b-hbp-video b-uploaded' frameborder='0'></iframe>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-9281898666246047082010-09-12T18:24:00.001-07:002010-09-12T18:32:47.151-07:00<div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div>I am really struggling with updating this thing. Even when I want to write something, my mind goes blank and I can't think of anything to say. So, this is all I can think of.<div style="text-align: center;">Cody and I reminded Cole it was important to not interrupt when people are talking. He looked at us and said "What does that mean? Is it like a volcano?" We were cracking up!<img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TI1-usY85XI/AAAAAAAAAi0/JYThBEkLtFk/s320/DSCN1357.JPG" /></div><div style="text-align: center;">This picture has nothing to do with anything I said but I MADE THIS TRACK and I was so excited that I needed to take a picture. You can't tell very well but parts of this track is elevated with tracks running under it. I know his daddy was pretty excited to go and buy his first pair of cleats. We got into the car and Cody said, "I have been waiting for this day my whole life." He didn't think his first pair of cleats would be soccer cleats but there is no way this momma would let someone tackle her baby in a football league at the age of 3, even if they had football available. </div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/THVTZhAP78I/AAAAAAAAAgY/w50D94GDZuM/s1600/DSCN1425.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/THVTZhAP78I/AAAAAAAAAgY/w50D94GDZuM/s320/DSCN1425.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5509401416978919362" /></a>Cody was into making sure that his socks and cleats and shin guards were all matching. He didn't end up with Nike like he has on in the picture but with adidas instead. However, finding a XXS in youth soccer shorts proved to be quite the task and so he ended up with Umbro shorts. Let's just say his daddy favors Adidas....<br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/THVTZyC-AcI/AAAAAAAAAgg/AYnQVoFTuLs/s320/DSCN1428.JPG" /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Well, he looks adorable lets hope he at least enjoys soccer enough to play at more than one game.</div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-2572622197549695842010-08-13T14:01:00.001-07:002010-08-15T20:22:17.308-07:00Tow Mater....<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TGf3BomYilI/AAAAAAAAAfo/5SCDgFt2CKM/s1600/DSCN1389.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 176px; height: 200px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TGf3BomYilI/AAAAAAAAAfo/5SCDgFt2CKM/s200/DSCN1389.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5505640676934060626" /></a>Isn't this awesome! So, he got a red and blue birthday along with some cupcakes bakes in ice cream cones and dirt pudding to satisfy his inner boy~<br /><br /><div align="center"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TFca854DL8I/AAAAAAAAAe4/3kAo12lVliw/s1600/DSCN1343.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500895103486734274" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TFca854DL8I/AAAAAAAAAe4/3kAo12lVliw/s200/DSCN1343.JPG" /></a><br />Cody took the day off and we went to the beach! He asked me to go bye bye and the he acted like he was going to get upset. I asked him what was wrong and he said that," Grandma, told me i can't have my present til after dinner" So, I am VERY glad we got him a gift for each day! It sure makes it hard to cry when your cutie seems so excited for his first "No parents allowed week". <br /><br /><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TEO2sMNTh1I/AAAAAAAAAd4/GeydkmKAmJA/s1600/DSCN1242.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5495436840629667666" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TEO2sMNTh1I/AAAAAAAAAd4/GeydkmKAmJA/s320/DSCN1242.JPG" /></a> We headed to Indy for the night to stay with some friends. My dearest sis in law lives there and kindly hosted us for 3 days. <br /><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TEO2rRPXicI/AAAAAAAAAdo/IgYpwS8gJCY/s1600/DSCN1240.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5495436824800627138" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TEO2rRPXicI/AAAAAAAAAdo/IgYpwS8gJCY/s320/DSCN1240.JPG" /></a><br />Next stop Asheville, NC. A vacation, oh I mean business trip, for Pellet Fuel industries was underway. Cody playes golf a few times at the resort <a href="http://www.groveparkinn.com/">http://www.groveparkinn.com</a>. I hiked with some spouses and visited the mall and drove downtown. I have realized I really really enjoy going off by myself and just driving to see what is around. The pool here is also beautiful and it is a hike if you don't take the shuttle. 7/10th of a mile to be exact. This place is huge! The main inn is almost 100 years old. Don't mind the scaffolding in the picture, they are replacing the roof. <br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TEO2rFCO-2I/AAAAAAAAAdg/fDJIHAWrL7o/s1600/DSCN1235.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 161px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5495436821524314978" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TEO2rFCO-2I/AAAAAAAAAdg/fDJIHAWrL7o/s320/DSCN1235.JPG" /></a> Tomorrow, I am hoping to read some more by the pool, or maybe I will go shopping. Cody is so wonderful and encourages me to go do whatever i feel like. If only I could get him to approve of a $225 dollar massage in the underground spa or even an $80 manicure...Haha, I'm not gonna push my luck!<br /><br /><br /><br /><div></div></div></div></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-58987823714526570552010-07-12T21:33:00.000-07:002010-07-12T21:53:05.394-07:00<div align="center">From around the corner I peeked at him. We are stopping in Nashville, TN to hang out with my sis in law! I am excited I haven't vbeen down there very much but when I have gone down there I loved it! My sis in law is really really fun too! We are then proceeding south(ish) east to go to Asheville, NC. <div>The Mr. is "working" a trade show and rumor has it this is a fun one to take the Mrs. to! I won't complain, i will gladly tag along and "work" well, by that i mean sit by the pool and take a nap when i feel like it and read a book or 4! Oh and I think I also heard a rumor about my attendance is needed at a few dinners...that is totally not a problem. However, all that relaxing means we are leaving the cutest little boy at home with family. </div><div>I know that it is "so good for parents to get away" and it will "make me a better mom" and that "he will be fine" but you know what, I don't know if I will be fine. I mean I am leaving cole for 7 nights. Let me say that again 7 NIGHTs and 8 DAYS. That is longer than all the nights that I have been apart from him in almost 3 years put together! So, all that to say I am anxious to get to enjoy just being a wife that week but am gonna miss mothering the best blessing God has given us. I am a little concerned with how the reunion with cole will be because, I left him SUnday night and Monday while the Sisters and my mom and I went to Chicago and Cody is also gone this week. So the past 2 nights he has woken up at night crying (which is really rare) and when i go up to get him and ask him what is wrong he says "my need you". So, i am enjoying the extra snuggles and the warm little body that is currently snuggled up in my bed sleeping next to me. I just hope he doesn't get to crazy on me since he is used to his daddy being away, not his mommy. </div><div>So, if you see me headed southbound with tears in my eyes, you will understand. </div><div><br /></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-80406618041631058612010-06-25T22:37:00.000-07:002010-06-25T22:56:56.790-07:00Where have i been?<div align="center">The Code man has been doing this....</div><div align="center">Yeah he's 6'4" and he can fix washing machines when the need arises!<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5486954290120199778" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT2xFrjmI/AAAAAAAAAbc/RaioRdeoxjU/s320/DSCN1023.JPG" />Cole has been balling it up too... not quite as tall as his daddy, YET I am sure he will tower over me soon!<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT3u5NfEI/AAAAAAAAAbs/xARs4kSfN7I/s1600/DSCN0942.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5486954306710895682" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT3u5NfEI/AAAAAAAAAbs/xARs4kSfN7I/s320/DSCN0942.JPG" /></a>Sliding down slides, and yes, he is in his PJ's and no, he did not have those on all day...<br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT3DG0nrI/AAAAAAAAAbk/LCdOA0JjnKw/s1600/DSCN1010.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5486954294956826290" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT3DG0nrI/AAAAAAAAAbk/LCdOA0JjnKw/s320/DSCN1010.JPG" /></a>This is my cute brother who let Cole ride around with him on the bobcat while he was doing some work around out house. <br /><br /><br /><div><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT2fSHMbI/AAAAAAAAAbU/_Vt9E1KnElY/s1600/DSCN1041.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5486954285340504498" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/TCWT2fSHMbI/AAAAAAAAAbU/_Vt9E1KnElY/s320/DSCN1041.JPG" /></a><br />Cole can now swim with floaties all around the pool! Well, by potty trained I mean during the awake hours of the day. He is still in pull ups at nap and night time. It has been 8 days... let me say that again 8 days, of NO ACCIDENTS! We were kind of working on it about 3 weeks ago and then one day (the day we were going to the playland at Mickey D's of all things) he declares, "My not need diapers anymore" and that was that. No more accidents. </div><div> </div><div>He has had a little tird slip out onto the grass while going pee in the yard. He sure was proud of himself for that one! He came running over saying, "Momma, my poop in the grass like Moosey (our dog) do!!" HAHA! I was worried about him NEVER talking, everyone kept saying "he will talk and he won't ever stop"....well guess what everyone YOU'RE RIGHT!</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Tonight, we were eating dinner and Cody asked Cole where Moose was. Cole said he was in Cole's room. So, Cody asked if he was playing with his toys. Cole replies, "No! moosey has no hands, dada!" A few more minutes after almost spitting out our food Cody and I were talking about this Huge project that he is quoting and I was asking him what would be the first thing he would do if it sold. Cody said he would run naked all the way back to the pig barns. Cole's reply: "Thats not a good idea" </div><br /><div></div><br /><div>A few nights ago our friend was going on a first date and so Cody and I were talking about "Kim's hot date" Well, of course at dinner and for many lunch prayers to follow Cole has insisted we pray for Kim on her hot date. I was getting curious how it was going and joked to Cody that we needed to go eat where Kim and her hot date were. Cole starts whining and saying," No, I don't wanna go, My not wanna be hot!" </div><br /><div>These things are way funnier when he actually says them but you get the idea. He is a chatterbox and always seems to have something to say....I think he gets that from me:) Yikes!<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5473948760558897330" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/S_dfZT_NiLI/AAAAAAAAAYU/idZ6p9Cssnw/s320/DSCN0834.JPG" /></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505701651530896350.post-80678685640347233782010-05-08T19:26:00.000-07:002010-05-08T19:38:51.950-07:00Bra shopping with a boy....<div>So, I attempted bra shopping with Cole the other day. I noticed a few things about Kohl's.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>1- The aisles are way to narrow even for a stroller, I could not keep Cole from grabbing every single bra, that he could get his little hands on, and pulling them off the rack.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>2- The store has an echoing quality to it, so when your son yells, "Need this BOOB now, mom?!" the whole store can hear you and not every person thinks it is funny.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>3- They need a babysitting service for people who need to use the dressing room because Cole thoroughly enjoyed piling up all the "Boobs" and driving his cars up the hills and burying them. </div><br /><div></div><br /><div>4- I should have thought this one thru before I thought that it was a good idea to take him. All in all I laughed at my little boy more times that I probably should have during the process, he's too cute, I can't help it.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 254px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 352px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5469093794624747266" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/S-Yf1GfmtwI/AAAAAAAAAYI/AR3NX-vmD9I/s320/DSCN0780.JPG" /></div><br /><p align="center">Check out this face! It was originally cream colored. After way too many cans of the expensive spray paint, it is now Hammered Black. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 184px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 227px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466035392590630818" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/S9tCOrETz6I/AAAAAAAAAX4/UX5njkOWzek/s320/DSCN0790.JPG" />I found this buffet on Craigslist and it was posted at 5:03 P.M. and I quickly e-mailed her at 6:30 P.m. I was really wanting to get this and I DID! It was $50, not too bad.<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 225px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466035382032089186" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/S9tCODu9QGI/AAAAAAAAAXo/FyoYe_-0gVc/s320/buffet.jpg" />After 2 coats of paint (Black Magic) and some new hardware, we now have this! The light wood is not a top of any sorts, it is the trim from the window from behind there. This was my first attempt at redoing a bigger piece and it was pretty easy!<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 327px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 189px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466035386855607970" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_02rlq8m8mZA/S9tCOVs-TqI/AAAAAAAAAXw/oopfCaZ2xAE/s320/DSCN0789.JPG" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><div></div><br /></div>The Lantzeshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04155152344341110408noreply@blogger.com4
